Requirements for Entering Indonesia

Good News!  Indonesia is now open for all visitors, and you are no longer required to be COVID-19 Vaccinated.

E-Visa on Arrival

You are now able to process your Visa on Arrival before you fly to Indonesia, which means avoiding large queues.  Simply click on this link and follow the instructions and you will be issued with a QR code which you need to present at the E-Visa Desk on arrival into Jakarta or Bali airports, along with your passport. Sometimes these links are not working, so keep checking back.

Bali Tourist Levy

For those of you entering Indonesia via Bali, the Bali Government has implemented an International Tourist Levy which will be used toward the protection of local customs, traditions, arts and culture and local wisdom of the Balinese people.  You used to be able to process this tax/levy at the following link but it doesn’t always work:

All Indonesia

Indonesia has now implemented a mobile app “All Indonesia which is MANDATORY for you to complete before arrival into Indonesia.   This is NOT your “Visa On Arrival” application.  This is currently still handled via the link above.

The “All Indonesia” app is free to use, and available in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Chinese. With the option to fill out forms up to three days before arrival, this streamlined process works for groups as well as solo travelers, including seniors, kids and passengers with special needs. It is meant to make things quicker, simpler and safer for international visitors. Previously you needed to complete your Customs Declaration and Health Declaration forms on different sites, now they can all be done in one location.

You can download the app from the All Indonesia official website or straight from the Google Play and Apple App stores.

Step-by-Step Guide for Foreign Nationals (Warga Negara Asing/WNA)

1. Select WNA on the website or app.
2. Enter personal data as shown on your passport: nationality, passport number, name, date of birth, and email.
3. Provide your flight information.
4. Add your address in Indonesia and specify purpose of visit (tourism, business, education, etc.).
5. Complete customs and health declarations.
6. Submit the form and save the QR code for airport checks.

Tips for a Smooth Arrival

• Complete the form before departing your home country.
• Keep the QR code easily accessible on your phone.
• If you need help, airport staff and e-kiosks are available.

If you do not have a mobile phone or can not download the app then you should complete the forms in the links below.

Customs Declaration

Indonesia have moved into the 21st Century and now require you to complete your customs declaration online.  Click on this link, and complete the details a maximum of 4 days before you flight to Indonesia to receive a QR code which will be scanned at the Customs Desk as you pass through.

Health Declaration

On arrival into Indonesia you will also need to complete a Health Declaration form online.  If you already know your seat number before you depart for Indonesia you can complete this form in advance online at this link: https://sshp.kemkes.go.id/

If you have not checked in online and do not have your seat number available before you fly you can simply complete the form on arrival into Jakarta or Bali airports.
